Title: Product Registration & Documentation Assistant (12 month contract)

The Department

Janus Henderson’s Global product development function is responsible for product strategy, product development and product management. It is embedded within the global distribution function.

Overview of the Role

This is a 12 month contract to assist the Product Development Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ongoing maintenance of legal offering documents

  • Assist with updating UK Prospectuses as and when required

  • Publication and local filing of prospectuses where required in various jurisdictions

  • Production/updates other local supplements as appropriate

  • Production of KIID/KFS/PHS (Annual and ad hoc updates) as well as PRIIPs EPTs and MiFID EMTs

  • Coordination of regulatory reporting

  • Application Forms (including T&Cs and AIDs where relevant); manage any updates which may be required as well as publication and printing for third parties

Fund Registrations and ongoing maintenance

  • Assist with new registration requests (Fund and Share Class)

  • Assist with the maintenance of existing registrations (includes managing the Singapore annual declarations and the Chilean annual update)

Product Development Support

  • Assist in fund and share class launches

Data Maintenance

  • Maintain team responsibilities supporting product database e.g. Product Master, Fundamentals, Intranet, Website, information/reports for both internal and external audiences

  • Ensure internal drives are updated with the latest fund documentation

  • Maintenance of procedure notes

Administrative Duties

  • Ensure that all invoices which are received from third parties are checked, logged and sent to accounts in a timely and efficient manner

  • Effective communication with third parties in order to undertake the role

Assumes additional duties as assigned
