Title: Front Office Services Analyst
The Front Office Services team (FOS) is part of the Investment Services department and is situated within the front office. The team is responsible for:
Act as an intermediary for the front office into the business and externally
Representing the front office on business projects and relevant corporate strategy implementations.
Inputting and prioritising process and technical changes on behalf of Investment Management.
Providing an escalation point for Investment Management.
Overview of the Role
The role is for an analyst based in London, reporting into the Front Office Services Manager (UK).
Duties and Responsibilities
Represent the Front Office on strategic projects and working groups, owning issues and delivering actions
Support the prioritisation, assessment and delivery of IT Change, including managing small changes and projects.
Undertake business analysis, detail business requirements and contribute to all levels of project delivery
To provide business support to the fund managers and dealers in Equities and Fixed Income teams globally.
Interface with other Janus Henderson departments and external vendors as a point of escalation and source of technical operational expertise.
Represent investment management on new product and fund launches to ensure all front office impacts are considered.
Responsible for managing Investment Management Business Continuity.
Coordinate the implementation and development of new instruments and new markets.
Support the Investment Services department globally.
Assumes additional duties as assigned
Technical Skills and Qualifications

A good understanding of Charles River is preferable.

Knowledge of asset management business.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to develop relationships with fund managers and other stakeholders within the business and externally.
