Title: Digital Marketing Executive

The Department

The digital marketing EMEA team is responsible for engaging with users in owned digital channels and in those of relevant 3rd parties. The team intends to increase the engagement with the content the users are interested in, by providing it in the right format at the right time, and using analytics to gather insight on how the client experience can be improved.

Overview of the Role

This role aims to suggest improvements to the channels currently used and to implement those new initiatives across EMEA & LatAm. Furthermore, the role is key to supporting the channel marketers to ensure digital dissemination channels are used effectively as part of the marketing mix.

Working closely with head of digital marketing, channel marketers, regional sales, PR, investment managers, IT, digital distribution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Campaign management across EMEA- planning and management of different activities and corresponding timelines management of 3rd party tools (translation, webinars, fundinfo)

  • Manage day to day, uploading of content

  • Suggest roadmap and manage new developments/changes

  • Present insights to the business based on consumption

  • Lead person to provide training on the tools for new joiners/manage external users

  • Key contact person for the 3rd party

  • Explore, suggest and manage implementation of new digital formats that would contribute to increased engagement, sales and retention activities.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience using marketing automation/ email marketing tools (Pardot preferred), webinar providers (Brighttalk preferred), an awareness of Fundinfo and translation management solutions would be beneficial.

  • IMC beneficial

  • Good knowledge of investment products and markets would be beneficial
